Anning Oil Depot Project
The oil depot is located in Anning City, in the center of Yunnan. The first phase of the oil depot has a capacity of 150,000 cubic meters, and the second phase is expected to build 50,000 cubic meters, which is the largest single oil depot in the southwest. The oil depot is not only connected to the railway and two highways, but also connected to the national pipeline network oil pipeline, so trade and transportation are very convenient. The core geographical location, convenient transportation and large scale give the oil depot a strong transfer capacity.

Sichuan Jiang'an Wharf and Oil Depot
The terminal is one of the few hazardous chemicals cargo terminals in the Yangtze River Basin.
Based on the wharf, in April 2012, our company signed a 30,000m³ oil depot investment agreement with the Jiang'an County Government of Yibin City. The oil depot acquired 47 mu of land. The land acquisition, demolition, construction, three connections and one leveling have been completed. The oil depot office building was completed in November 2015.

Gas station
The company has gas stations in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan. After the 150,000 cubic meter oil depot in Anning is completed and put into operation, the Yunnan Private Gas Station Association will be established. Our company has completed the relevant procedures of the Civil Affairs Department. By then, more than 2,400 private gas stations in Yunnan will be included in the unified management of the association.
Introduction to the former Wuhua District Oil Depot (Old Factory)
The former Wuhua District oil depot (old factory) is located in the middle section of Jingwang Road between the second and third ring roads of Kunming. It has 110 mu of land, built 18,000 cubic meters of oil storage tanks, a clean automobile fuel processing plant with an annual output of 600,000 tons, and two sets of railway dedicated lines. The railway freight yard can also provide more than 100 oil tanker wagons for receiving and sending operations. In July 2011, the government expropriated more than 70 mu of land including the railway freight yard of the old factory and built more than 20 affordable housing. In 2010, the Kunming Municipal Government implemented the policy of retreating from the second to the third. Xinbao Company actively responded to the municipal government's policy. After the municipal government promised to compensate for the demolition, Xinbao Company moved its base to the Taiping Street Office of Anning City.
Domestic trade cooperation unit
(1) Xinbao Company has been selected as a domestic purchaser and supplier of Sinochem Group. Sinochem Group has five refineries in Shandong and three refineries in Northeast China. Our company can purchase national standard refined oil from the above eight refineries as needed, with a monthly capacity of more than 200,000 tons.
(2) Xinbao Company has been selected as a supplier of Sinochem Group's Quanzhou Refinery. Quanzhou Refinery can supply our company with more than 100,000 tons of diesel above National Standard IV and National V gasoline every month.
(3) Xinbao Company has been shortlisted by PetroChina Hebei Jingxing Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. Jingxing Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. can supply our company with 10,000 to 20,000 tons of diesel above National Standard V every month, with sales markets in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and other places.
(4) Xinbao Company has obtained credit from Kunlun Bank. When trading with PetroChina, we only need to pay 25% of the payment to Kunlun Bank's bank account. Kunlun Bank will automatically allocate 75% of the payment to PetroChina to lock in the oil price and quantity. When picking up the goods, we will pay the full amount according to the quantity picked up.
Our business
1. Gasoline, kerosene, diesel wholesale, fuel oil production, research and development, development, storage, transportation, and obtain the finished oil wholesale business qualification approved by the Ministry of Commerce;
2. Engage in the development and operation of gas stations;
3. The company obtained the import oil quota indicators approved by the Ministry of Commerce in 2013 and engaged in the business of importing finished oil and fuel oil from abroad;
4. Engage in domestic and international import and export business of rubber, metallic silicon and other minerals.
