Yunnan Xinbao Oil Products Group Co., Ltd. is a non-state-owned professional enterprise engaged in gasoline, kerosene, diesel wholesale, fuel oil production, research and development, development, storage and transportation, and has the fuel oil import qualification approved by the Ministry of Commerce. Xinbao Company was established in August 1999 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million (RMB 50 million). In February 2012, Yunnan Xinbao Oil Products Co., Ltd. was changed to Yunnan Xinbao Oil Products Group Co., Ltd., with actual assets of about RMB 500 million (tangible and intangible assets), of which fixed assets are about RMB 300 million.

Founder
Luo Junchang was born in September 1952. From January 1969 to December 1985, he was in charge of petroleum technology and petroleum planning in the army. After being transferred to a government agency and working there for three years, he "went into business" and served as chairman of Guizhou Liupanshui Special Zone Comprehensive Materials Trading Company and Yunnan Bio-New Gas Co., Ltd. In August 1999, he founded Xinbao Oil Products Company and has served as its chairman ever since.
Honor Introduction
1. From 2000 to 2002, the company obtained 15 national invention patents and utility model patents, among which the "Wushen" brand biomass gasification furnace series technology won the "Best Project" and "Best Achievement" awards at the China Patent Fifteen Years Achievement Exhibition hosted by the State Intellectual Property Office of China on April 5, 2000. It won the silver medal at the 13th National Invention Exhibition in September 2001.
