Sichuan Jiang'an Wharf and Oil Depot

In 2006, our company invested more than 30 million yuan to build a 1,000-ton hazardous chemical cargo terminal at the Yangtze River Port in Jiang'an County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The procedures for flood control, shoreline use, navigation safety demonstration, and fish evaluation have passed the review. At present, the main project has been basically completed. Because the Yangtze River is a rare fish protection area, it is difficult to approve the hazardous chemical terminal. It must be approved one by one by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Transport, and the Yangtze River Management Committee. The terminal is one of the few hazardous chemical cargo terminals in the Yangtze River Basin.

Relying on this wharf, in April 2012, our company signed a 30,000m³ oil depot investment agreement with the Jiang'an County Government of Yibin City. The oil depot acquired 47 acres of land, and the land acquisition, demolition, construction, three connections and one leveling have been completed. The oil depot office building was completed in November 2015.
